1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Influensea. By creating an account, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements and are not prohibited from using our platform by any applicable laws.

2. User Accounts

To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Services Offered

Influensea is an AI-powered content creation platform designed to help users draft, generate, and preview various forms of content, including:

• Draft Creation: Write once and save drafts for all your social platforms in one place.
• AI Generation: Transform your ideas into engaging content using AI templates and custom brand personas.
• Content Preview: See exactly how your content looks on each platform and export it in the perfect format.
• Content Repurposing: Easily repurpose your content across multiple platforms.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any features at any time.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Influensea offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Starter: $9/month – Generate with AI, 20 posts/month,3 Templates & Personas.
• Pro: $19/month – Everything in Starter, 100 posts/month, Unlimited Templates & Personas.
• Team: $49/month – Everything in Pro, 500 posts/month,1 team, 5 members.

Billing is subscription-based. By subscribing, you authorize us (or our third-party processor) to charge your selected payment method according to your chosen plan. You may cancel or downgrade at any time; however, refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse our platform. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Scraping, harvesting, or reverse-engineering any part of the website or platform.
• Sharing or selling data obtained through the platform.
• Impersonating any individual or company.
• Uploading harmful, misleading, or offensive content.
• Using the platform to conduct illegal activities or harass other users.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

6. Data and Privacy

By signing up, you consent to the collection and storage of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes the right to contact you for service updates and promotional communication under GDPR Article 6(1)(a).

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, features, and technology on Influensea (excluding user-generated content) are the property of Influensea or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content from our platform without prior written permission.

8. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content (e.g., drafts, templates, personas) you submit. However, by submitting content to Influensea, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or any misuse of the platform. You may also delete your account at any time via your account settings.

10. Disclaimers

Our platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of data or outcomes from the use of our AI-generated content. Influensea is not responsible for any content created using our platform or any actions taken based on such content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Influensea will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Influensea is registered. Any legal actions must be filed within the appropriate local courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of any material changes. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
